Important Message from the Superintendent

**IMPORTANT** Earlier this evening Chief Derway of the Fort Edward PD contacted Mr. Ward to let him know that the PD was investigating some concerning and inappropriate comments related to the school. The PD has since conducted it’s investigation and reached out to inform Mr. Ward they do not feel that the school nor it’s students and staff have any credible reason for concern. That being said, in an effort to provide our students, staff and community with the utmost level of comfort and security there will be a noticeable police presence during school arrival tomorrow with a continued presence throughout the day. Thanks to the FE PD for their efforts in dealing with this matter.
